East & Westbrook Construction completed a strategic expansion at a tank wash facility, providing additional space needed to support ongoing operations while maintaining the quality and durability required in an industrial environment.
The project consisted of a building addition that combined comprehensive concrete construction with the erection of a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). Our team constructed spread footings, grade beams, slab-on-grade concrete, and an exterior equipment pad designed to provide a durable foundation for the facility's expansion. Upon completion of the concrete scope, East & Westbrook erected a 37.5-foot-by-60-foot pre-engineered metal building. The project included structural framing, roof and wall panel installation, insulation systems, and all associated building components required to create a fully enclosed, functional addition.
In addition to the primary construction scope, East & Westbrook's fabrication team made a minor modification to an existing stair system, adjusting it to support the facility's operational needs and ensure seamless integration with the completed expansion.
