Each project incorporates a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP), daily task planning, and our Good Catch program. This program is focused on identifying and preventing SIF (Serious Injuries and Fatalities) events and managing STKY (Stuff That Can Kill You) exposures, ensuring our teams remain aware of potential hazards before they impact work.
Quality is maintained through our Four Phases of Control, which guide how we plan, build, measure, and improve our work. This disciplined approach supports consistent outcomes that meet project requirements and client expectations.
