C&S Machine & Manufacturing Headquarters

East & Westbrook Construction partnered with C&S Machine & Manufacturing to deliver a turnkey Design-Build solution for their new headquarters in Kentucky. Executed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, this 14-month project transformed a 12-acre site into a state-of-the-art, 80,000-square-foot precision machining facility designed to support the company's continued growth and long-term operations.

Serving as the single-source partner from design through construction, our team coordinated 12 subcontractors while managing every phase of the project to deliver a facility that balances efficiency, durability, and functionality.

Project Highlights

The project showcased the depth of East & Westbrook's concrete expertise and self-performance capabilities. In total, our team successfully placed more than 3,500 cubic yards of concrete, providing the structural foundation for this modern manufacturing facility.

Key scopes of work included:

• 73,000-square-foot slab-on-grade

• 39,000 square feet of solid and insulated site-cast tilt-up concrete wall panels

• 9,000 square feet of slab on metal deck

• 23,000 square feet of site concrete flatwork

• 12-acre site development

• (12) high-performance loading dock positions

• Bridge crane integration to support manufacturing operations
