East & Westbrook Construction (E&W) served as the General Contractor and design-build partner for C&S Machine & Manufacturing’s new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in La Grange, Kentucky. Working closely with the client throughout every phase of the project, E&W provided full preconstruction coordination, architectural and engineering management, site development, and complete ground-up construction services to deliver a modern facility tailored to C&S Machine & Manufacturing’s operational needs.
The project included structural tilt-up concrete construction, steel framing, warehouse space, and office buildouts, all designed to support advanced manufacturing operations and future growth. Extensive site improvements were also completed, including utility infrastructure, parking areas, landscaping, and loading-dock access, to enhance overall functionality and efficiency across the site.
Designed with performance and productivity in mind, the facility incorporates specialized systems and high-performance building components throughout. E&W coordinated the installation of bridge crane systems, high-capacity mechanical and electrical infrastructure, fire protection systems, compressed air distribution systems, and energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems, all customized for both manufacturing and office environments.
Additional project features included custom architectural finishes, employee amenities, loading dock equipment, and integrated building management controls that support long-term operational efficiency. Through close collaboration with the client and project partners, E&W ensured every aspect of the facility aligned with the client’s production goals and operational requirements.
Beyond construction, this project represents a continued investment in the growth of Oldham County and the surrounding region. East & Westbrook Construction worked closely alongside the Oldham County Chamber of Commerce throughout the project to support ongoing economic development efforts and help bring new opportunities to the community through industrial growth and job creation.
