The project scope included full site development and execution of a complete plan/spec build. Key site features included a bio-retention pond to support stormwater management and sustainable site performance. While East& Westbrook managed all aspects of construction and site development, Fifth Third coordinated FF&E and specialized banking equipment to support branch operations.
The groundbreaking for the Murfreesboro branch took place inearly July 2025, with construction completed in a 20-week timeframe. Theproject reached a significant milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held onFebruary 3rd 2026, marking the official opening of the new location.Through proactive planning, clear communication, and disciplined schedulemanagement, East & Westbrook maintained project momentum and delivered thefacility on time to support Fifth Third’s operational launch schedule.
