This year’s E&W safety theme, M+A=R (Mindset + Action = Results), reflects our belief that the right mindset, combined with deliberate action, drives meaningful and lasting safety outcomes.

Open communication and transparency are fundamental to the E&W safety environment. Team members are incentivised to speak up proactively, allowing potential issues to be addressed. Comprehensive training, including 100% employee certification through the Occupational Safety and Health Adminsitration (OSHA), equips each employee with the knowledge and confidence to maintain safe working conditions.

Accolade highlights include being honored as one of America’s Safest Companies by EHS Today, an elite distinction awarded to only a select group of organizations, including just two construction firms that year. At the state level, E&W has received the Kentucky Governor’s Safety and Health Award six times, demonstrating along-standing record of outstanding safety performance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Most recently, E&W earned an Avetta Safety Award, recognizing excellence in contractor safety management and our continuedcommitment to the highest safety standards across all projects.
